RESOLUTION 2025-17 – Authorizing an Appropriation Amendment and Declaring an Emergency

This Resolution amends the annual appropriations by increasing the appropriations for Fund # 2021 (State Highway Fund) by $35,000 and Fund # 2101 (Permissive Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund) by $15,000 to pay for work relating to repairing/smoothing portions of SR 48 and an alleyway after the water main repairs. This appropriation amendment is effective immediately.
RESOLUTION 2025-18 – A Resolution Authorizing The Mayor To Enter Into A Contract With The JK Meurer Corporation For Maintenance Repairs On State Route 48 And An Alleyway Within The Village And Declaring An Emergency

This resolution authorizes the mayor to execute any necessary documents with JK Meurer Corporation to proceed with repairs and smoothing of SR 48 and an alleyway located approximately at 8126 Ohio 48 Maineville, OH 45039 and extending to approximately 7985 Ohio 48 Maineville, OH 45039 after the water main repairs created rough patches on the surface of the highway and alleyway.

The resolution also authorizes the fiscal officer to make payment ($46,193.00) for the project from two separate funds (Fund # 2021 -State Highway Fund and Fund # 2101-Permissive Motor Vehicle License Tax Fund to pay for the repairs on SR 48 and the alleyway, respectively.

The resolution was declared an emergency and is effective immediately.
RESOLUTION 2025-19 – Resolution Adopting The Tax Budget Of The Village Of Maineville, Ohio For The Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2026 And Submitting Same To The County Auditor And Declaring An Emergency

The Village of Maineville adopted a tax budget for the Village of Maineville, Ohio, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2026 as required by Section 5705.28 of the Ohio Revised Code showing detailed estimates of all balances that will be available at the beginning of the year 2026, and of all revenues to be received for the fiscal year, including all general and special taxes, fees, costs percentages, penalties, allowances, prerequisites, and all other types or classes of revenue; also included is estimates of all expenditures or charges in or for the purposes of the fiscal year to be paid or met from the balances.

A copy of the tax budget is attached to the Resolution.

The Resolution also authorizes the Fiscal Officer to send a certified copy of the tax budget and a copy of the Resolution to the Auditor of Warren County, Ohio in accordance with state law.

The legislation was declared an emergency and is effective immediately.
